Surf City Cyclo-X is near and dear to me since it’s once of the first series I raced cyclocross. For this 2nd race of the 2013 season the series returns to Harbor High in Santa Cruz. This venue offers a good combination of terrain types and elevations which adds up to a challenging but fun course.

Watch the first lap of the Master 45+ A Men’s category. Also, watch as I almost get knocked over at the start, stuck behind traffic, and generally ride slower and slower… Ignore that and it’s all good! 😉
