Here's a short clip of the JV finish crash that occurred during Race #4 of the NorCal HS MTB Series. The leaders had just rounded the last corner and begun their sprint to the finish. First portion is full speed and the second at half speed.

Here's the painful hike-a-bike section before the the top of the final climb. Spent a few minutes last year with my quad cramped up so tight I couldn't walk. Made it through this time without cramping.
