Tailless Whipscorpion

This not so little critter is called a Tailless Whipscorpion. It’s neither a scorpion nor a spider. Still, it’s one spooky critter and not something you would normally want hanging out under your bathroom sink. Luckily, this one was under our sink down in Yalapa Mexico and not up here at home.

Over to the right is a great example of the amazing mountain formations all around the Dolomites. Following the valley up and to the left leads to Passo Sella and Passo Gardena. The Ledge Bungy Jump, Queenstown, New Zealand Here is a short video of my second bungy jump. It’s from a deck called “The Ledge” up on a hill above Queenstown, New Zealand. This time I chose to run off instead of leap with my feet bound. This was a bit harder than the first jump. The actual act of forcing yourself to run off of a ledge really goes against your internal will to survive. Here is a short video of my first bungy jump. It’s from the Kawarau Bridge just outside of Queenstown, New Zealand. I really wish I had had a helmet camera when I was there.
