Sunsets are really cool
How can anyone not enjoy a great sunset?
When I lived in Arizona I would see amazing sunsets all of the time. "Particulates in the air" was one explanation I heard for this. Maybe that's why a smoggy place like Los Angelas gets great sunsets.
Whatever the reason, I was lucky enough to see some great sunsets during Thanksgiving week in Joshua Tree National Park.
How are your sunsets?

We had some beautiful sunsets in western North Carolina lately--unusual for the mountains. It was a spectacular sight to see the reds, purples and golds glowing through the winter bare trees. It was a poignant beauty because the sunsets were the result of forest fires not far away in eastern Tennesee (finally out, thanks to a good rain and lots of hard work by fire crews.)
