Ahhem, ah, and now back to our regular sponsored program.
The 3rd Surf City Cyclo-X race was held at the Santa Cruz Fairgrounds in Watsonville, CA last weekend. I once again braved the masses and filmed the Masters 35+ "A" race. Watch me suffer. Watch the poor mountain biker get dropped on the flats. Curses to all those cyclocross bikes! :')

Near the end of the video, watch for the fast right hand sweeper before the grass. My rear wheel broke loose and I had to flat track it around the corner.

Can someone help? I downloaded the latest Windows Media Player and it seemed to install fine, but when I try to play the *.wmp files I just get a lot of funny looking caracters on my screen. What might I be doing wrong? Just by chance, was the movie made on a MAC? gordon.
Or could the problem be I'm using Netscape instead of explorer?
Thanks Hans! Looks like some good heart pounding fun -- never been so close to cyclocross.
OK, solved the problems viewing by : loading newer Windows Media Player (7.1) and by using Explorer instead of Netscape.
Really great clips - thanks for sharing!!!
