High Tension Lookout

While on a morning dog walk I stopped under one of the high tension power lines that cross the park. The buzzing of the lines caught my attention. I looked up and liked the geometric patterns I saw. So I took several shots as I experimented with alignments and zooms.

This is one of the photos that I liked. But look closely at this photo. Is there more to this photo than meets the eye?

If you looked carefully you probably spotted our friend here staring back down at you. Aren’t you glad you’re not a little gopher?

Cheers!

Fantastic detail on feathery friend’s underwing. In Europe these birds sit atop highway signposts, every 300 yards, covering their territory in what must be animal-machine collision leftovers.

    Dog walk?
